Superhero Week – all children are invited to attend pre school dressed as their favourite Superhero character! For a fun will week to start our theme this term!

01/03/2022 Shrove Tuesday – making cooking tasty pancakes with a choice of yummy toppings for snack

01/03/2022 Celebrating St Davids Day

The children will learn about St David and create crafts to celebrate this special day.

03/03/2019 World Book Day

Children are invited to bring their favourite book and dress as their favourite character for the day. We will explore our favourite stories,, look at story structures and much more book fun filled activities.

17/03/2022 St Patricks Day

The children will learn about St Patrick and create crafts to celebrate this special day.

18/03/2022 Red Nose Day

The children will create their own red nose characters using a variety of collage materials .

18/03/22 Holi

The festival of colour, the children will learn all about this festival and will explore the coloured powder paints together.

Crafts,,cards and opportunity to celebrate this special to us

w/c 4/4/22 Easter crafts and Easter Bonnet Competition

The children will have an opportunity to make Easter nests, complete an Egg Hunt explore life cycles and for £1 donation enter our Easter Bonnet competition. We love to see the amazing efforts created at home and invite 2 independent judges to find our winner!
Bonnets must be received into pre-school by 1/4/22, thank you.

Term 1  Thursday 2nd September – Friday 22nd October 2021

This terms events and celebrations will include  Harvest Festival,  Halloween , dress up days

and fun activities!

Term 2  Monday 1st November – Friday 17th December 

This terms events will include Bonfire Night- keeping safe and Stranger Danger, Diwali, Remembrance Day, Remembrance Sunday and St Andrew’s Day, Thanksgiving,   with information sessions, crafts and discussions to support the children’s knowledge.

We will also be participating in World Nursery Rhyme week  15th -19th November

We will also be celebrating  Christmas, with Christmas Jumper Day  parties,

singalongs and crafts a plenty!

Term 3   Tuesday 4th January – Friday 18th February 

Further fun and activities with Burns Night celebrations and Chinese New Year we will also be supporting National Storytelling Week  with activities throughout the week to enhance and promote story telling opportunity.

Exciting new year fun and activities to celebrate including Valentines Day

Term 4 Monday 28th February – Friday 8th April 

St Davids day, St Patricks Day World Book day, Holi, World Oral Health Day and Mothers Day make this a term full of fun learning opportunities with further crafts, stories, activities and events to enhance the children’s knowledge.Further celebrations this term will include St Davids day,

Term 5 Monday 25th April – Friday 27th May

Ramadan, Easter, St Georges Day, Sun Awareness Week, Eid Al -Fitr  will be our focus celebrations and activities  this term

Term 6 Monday 6th June – Thursday 21st July 

Celebration for The Queens birthday, Fathers Day, Family Fun Day and End of Year celebrations will begin,
