Manager at Baileys Court Layla Gregson 

Hello my name is Layla I am the manager of Abacus @ baileys . I have worked at baileys for 10 years, and have worked with all age groups in my 25 years of working in early years. I am level 5 qualified, with the added extra of being forest school trained. Which I have been lucky to deliver in many different forest settings with many different groups. We enjoyed using tools and cooking over an open fire. I am the setting SENCO, judging the needs and abilities of each individual child supporting them achievable targets for each child. I like following each child’s interests and developing an interesting curriculum which is based around play.
